Sacred sound entrains the

The effect of sacred sounds or tones on
water has been demonstrated with the groundbreaking
work of Japan’s Dr. Emoto. In his book "Messages
from Water," Emoto offers stunning photos that
demonstrate the profound effects of sacred music on
water crystals. Beautiful harmonics = beautiful
water!! Fabian Mamon’s recent book, “Medicine for
the 21 Century,” also offers amazing photos and
information from laboratory research on the positive
effect of musical tones on human cells and hemoglobin.
Clearly, Sacred Sound is a powerful medicine
Scientists have discovered an amazing fact about
the sounds of the ebb and flow of ocean tides,
people's voices, dolphin cries, and bird and cricket
chirps. They sound the same! When researchers slow
down voice recordings of people, they discover the
people's voices sound like the ebb and flow of ocean
tides. Then when researchers speed up the recordings,
people's voices sound like dolphin cries. Speeded up
more, like bird chirps. Even more like crickets. And
guess what crickets chirps sound like slowed down? Yep.
First like birds. Then dolphins. Then people
Sound has been
believed to exert incredible power in the physical
world. Information from Egyptian and Tibetan streams
suggest that focused beams of sounds were used,
literally, to move mountains. This may not be so far
fetched. Today, ultrasound, or sound that is too high
for our ears to hear, is routinely used to dissolve
kidney stones and has recently been shown to be
instrumental in breaking up stroke-inducing blood
clots in the brain
The human ear can hear sound when it vibrates between
20 and 20,000 cycles per second. We also hear and
perceive sound by skin and bone conduction. We are
sensitive to sounds in ways that most people do not
even consider. Each celestial body, in fact, each and
every atom, produces a particular sound on account of
its movement, its rhythm or vibration. All these
sounds and vibrations form universal harmony in which
each element, while having its own function and
character, contributes to the whole. Our bodies have
lost connection to the power and the magic of the
inner cycles and the great cycles of the universe that
inform it. Imbalance and disease of the body occurs
when the systems within it, which are holographic
reflections of the cycles, patterns and pulses in the
universe, are in a state of disharmony. The harmony in
our body is a sacred balance between the world of the
soma, psyche and soul and finds power and rhythm
within the continuous cycles of the universe. Sound
takes form...it can move into form and take shape.
People report a variety of sensations during sound
treatments--seeing forms, lights, colors, geometric
shapes and other visions are frequently mentioned. It
suggests they've entered a different healing state of
consciousness. Modern science has shown that in the
human body, auditory nerves are linked to our sense of
proportion and balance, and have the power to shift
our energy to the "center," bringing about a feeling
of connection and serentity. With intuitive wisdom,
healers and shamans of many cultures correctly sensed
that listening to vibrational sound helps us access
these auditory nerves in a way which may increase
receptivity to healing energy. They knew sounds and
music could induce trance states to help identify
illness, and even open gateways for new healing energy
to flow through. Healers of old, as of today, were
concerned with body, mind and soul. The more
enlightened of them worked to integrate all three
In the words of
Hazrat Inayat Khan, the great Sufi master, "Divine
sound is the cause of all manifestation. The knower of
the mystery of sound knows the mystery of the whole
universe." Many spiritual traditions posit that sound
was the original creative force of the universe and
that the impulse of all creation is available to us
through sound. Music and sound are used in every
spiritual tradition to uplift us and to bridge the
world of the mundane and the divine. In shamanic
traditions, drumming produces altered states of
consciousness that lift the veil to the spirit world.

All over our planet,
people who play various sacred instruments, including the didjeridoo, gather to
make music in experiments to lift the frequencies of players and hearers into
altered brain waves and trance states, and expanded dimensions of consciousness
Quantum physics and science are only now discovering what the mystics and
ancient cultures knew long ago: the matrix for the Universe is a seamless super-conscious
energy field, composed of light, sound and celestial harmonics
Mantras are energy based sounds that vibrate through the body. The word
"mantra" is a Sanskrit word consisting of two syllables: "man" (mind)
and "tra" (deliverance). Thus, a mantra is a pure sound vibration which
delivers the mind from it's form, to put it simply, frustration.
Chanting is the process of repeating a mantra over and over to touch the
deepest level of the self.
Mantras are a very powerful way to reduce negative energies and effects.
A Mantra will help focus your mind when it is scattered. By chanting
mantras, you are able to produce a spiritual effect, associated with the
physical sensation, of the vibration the chant produces. Thus, when the
mantra is chanted the effect is felt vibrating through the body.
Chanting mantras is also used to make the intent of the mantra a
physical reality. Energy naturally follows intent and thus the chanting
of a mantra will lead to the physical manifestation
DNA has been found to be
extremely sensitive to musical frequencies. When humans get sick, they have
simply “gone out of tune”, just as musical instruments do. Sacred Sound Therapy
naturally “ retunes” the body to its proper harmonic vibration and rhythm by
allowing the body and brain to absorb special resonant sounds, notes and chords
such as those produced by instruments like chimes, Tibetan singing bowls,
medicine drums and rattles or the human voice. This “vibrational massage”
amplifies and spreads healing harmonic patterns throughout the body and brain.
Based on the twin principles of harmonic resonance and
quantum entrainment, the body literally matches up with healing tones,
thus re-establishing a naturally healthy vibration on a cellular level. In this
sense, harmonic vibrational therapy is like taking a super sonic health food

Sound is among the most
transformative and healing energies on the planet. It can relax us and make us
calm, or move us to great heights of emotion. Sound can restore balance and
harmony to our lives and make us healthy and well. Conversely, sound also has
the ability to adversely affect us and bring our already stressed-out vibratory
rates to new levels of imbalance and disharmony. Why and how? What is the
difference in the sounds that make us healthy and those that distress us
When science and philosophy were still joined in the ancient world, the
concept that the universe is musical, harmonious, and interconnected was
seen as self-evident. From the moment that the Greek philosopher
Pythagorus discovered the pure mathematics of music in the 5th
century BC, the greatest minds in history have attempted to codify the
harmony of the spheres. Johannes Kepler, the 16th-century
astronomer responsible for determining the laws of planetary motion, was
convinced that the relationship between the planets – indeed everything
in the universe – was harmonic in nature. This ancient thread in science
and philosophy was lost in the modern shuffle, and until recently has
been thought of as merely poetical or metaphoric
Music was also considered to be the most
sacred of the arts
The
Sri Yantra which is a triangular formation used by Buddhists mainly in Tibet is
associated with the sound “OM”, and when “OM” was chanted in an experiment
similar to that of Hans Jenny’s but using sand on a metal plate (tonoscope) and
the human voice chanting the OM sound, the Sri Yantra was re-produced in the
sand of the experiment, showing that the Hindu and Buddhist tradition thousands
of years ago had a greater understanding of vibration than scientists do today.
Thus proving once again the powerful affect sounds and words have upon all
aspects of the being. A Yantra is a symbolic Hindu mandala used in meditation
and can be found in many beautiful synchronized forms. The Sri Yantra, which is
believed to be the holiest of all the Yantras. The reason for this is because
its harmonic mandala design is believed to represent the creative force of the
whole universe itself and therefore it contains within it this underlying intent
There are numerous other references to the Sound Current in the Bible.
One excellent example is in the Book of Revelation: 'And I heard a voice
from heaven like the sound of many waters and like the sound of loud
thunder; the voice I heard was like the sound of harpers playing on
their harps...'5 In Buddhism's Surangama sutra Buddha Manjushri deemed
the Divine Sound method to be the only way to Nirvana: 'All the Brothers
in this Great Assembly, and you too, Ananda, should reverse your outward
perception of hearing and listen inwardly for the perfectly unified and
intrinsic sound of your own Mind-Essence, for as soon as you have
attained perfect accommodation you will have attained Supreme
Enlightenment. 'This is the only way to Nirvana, and it has been
followed by all the Tathagatas [saints] of the past.'6
Mantra is a sound vibration. The word "mantra"
is derived from two Sanskrit words. The first is "manas" or "mind," which
provides the "man" syllable. The second syllable is drawn from the Sanskrit word
"trai" meaning to "protect" or to "free from." Therefore, the word mantra in its
most literal sense means "to free from the mind." Mantra is, at its core, a tool
used by the mind which eventually frees one from the vagaries of the mind. In
the strictest sense, a mantra is a pure sound vibration which delivers the mind
from its material inclinations and illusion. Chanting is the process of
repeating a mantra.
Sound is a powerful, primitive force. For centuries, healers have
intuitively used the therapeutic powers of sound. In the native
traditions of ancient cultures, examples of sound and vibration--as
elemental in creation and to wholeness--abound. Many tools have been
used since the beginning of time to create music, and to aid healing:
planetary gongs and Tibetan bowls, didgeridoos, rattles and drums. Today,
a growing number of modern practitioners are rediscovering sound as a
tool for healing and realignment. More modern sound therapy tools are--tuning
forks, chimes, resonator plates, sound discs, and sound tables. All play
an important role in healing. Sound is that which is produced when some
object is vibrating in a random or periodic repeated motion
Human tissues have the capacity to transduce pressure waves, (sound
waves)
Mantras are pure vibrational sounds of God
which can be empowered to bear fruit for all who repeat them with sincerity of
heart and pure intent. Each sacred mantra has a seer who has heard the word of
God. A mantra also has a meter which is in consonance with the creation of the
Universe. Hidden within that mantra is the presiding deity over that vibration.
Deities are different vibrational aspects of God. Mantras are incantations which,
when uttered with correct intonation, yield results through the forces of
Nature, deities or angels whom one appeases and whose mantra one chants. The
main part of a mantra is the shakti or the power which reveals itself to the
devotee who invokes that mantra. The mantras on Water in the Eyes of Time are
empowered mantras which are like living seeds that will assist you with your
healing and protection. These mantras are holding the energy of all the great
beings of Light who have experienced the superconscious states that the
vibrations of the mantras represent.

The
following seven vowel sounds are basic to transformative teachings of both
East and West: Ooh, Oh, Aw, Ah, Ay, Ee, and Eh. These universal sounds are
used as the bases of simple exercises for keeping the body-mind system highly
energized and for raising the consciousness to transformative levels. There
are definite correspondences between each of the seven vowel sounds and
specific areas of the human body and their representative subtle counterparts
(chakras). These correspondences are as follows:
Sound--Physical
Area--Chakra
Ooh--Base of Spine--Muladhara
Oh--Navel--Manipura
Aw--Spleen--Svadhisthana
Ah--Heart--Anahata
Ay--Throat--Visuddha
Ee--Between Eyebrows--Ajna
Eh--Top of Head--Sahasrara
There is a sacred syllable AUM (OM). Aum is intoned in the following manner:
"Ah-Ooh-Mm." The vowel Ah is intoned on an outgoing breath; then, breathing
smoothly, without pause, add the Ooh sound to the Ah; then close the lips
gently to form an Mm sound.

Most people only think of using mantras in
meditation to achieve high spiritual states, yet, I have found that each mantra
has hidden within different levels of power and intent. During my own spiritual
journey, I became aware of the need to clear and release energies that block and
interfere with the healing and spiritual growth process. I developed a very
unique and powerful healing method which clears the energy bodies from known and
unknown influences, that I call the "Christa Healing." I have also brought
through a new energy, the "Christa Energy" which is Cosmic Christ Energy in a
vibration with specific intent to awaken, protect, self-heal and manifest on the
physical plane. Mantras are a powerful force that I use daily in my healing
practice. Their vibrations are protective for both the healer and the client.
Mantras can effectively release attached entities, ghosts and dark force
energies which are preying on everyone on the Earth plane at this time.
As the Earth and its inhabitants move
through the transition out of 3rd dimensional energy toward the 5th dimensional
energy, the astral planes of the 4th dimension have become very loose and many
beings from this plane are infiltrating both the aware and the unaware. If you
are working on your spiritual growth process and increasing your light, you will
draw many of these beings to you because your light will be seen and many will
come for help and others will come to interfere.
It is very important for everyone to know
how to keep themselves, their children and loved ones clear and protected. It is
for this reason that my spiritual guidance urged me to create Water in the Eyes
of Time. I kept telling them "I don't sing!" but they insisted that the
empowerment that comes through the vibration of my voice is the most important
element. When you play my recording, it will cleanse your energy bodies and your
external environment of negative energies and establish strong fields of
protection. Children especially enjoy listening to my CD or tape as they go to
sleep and many parents have shared with me that their children are sleeping more
peacefully and are having fewer nightmares and bad dreams.
To empower mantras to release negative
energies and create protective fields, they need to be repeated many times which
can become monotonous and that is why I chose intricate music to accompany them
to hold the interest of the listener. Also, because the mantras have melodies,
they are very easy to learn so you may use them in your meditation or daily life
situations. Once you begin working with the mantras by singing or repeating them,
you will find that they spontaneously come into your mind at times when you need
their vibration
