Breathing is more than an automatic act of survival, it is the key to your health and sense of well being

Breathing oxygenates your blood better, supports your brain, and allows you take in more vital energy or chi.   How you take in that chi can make all the difference between feeling truly alive, vibrant and healthy, or just being alive and functioning without any personal sense of vitality

Deep breathing oxygenates your cells

The word "Hawai'i" is not only the name of several islands in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, it is also the name of an ancient people. As all Hawaiian words are conceptual in nature and have many meanings, what they mean is determined by the context in which they are used. Let's break the word Ha-wai-i into some of it's root meanings. Ha is the sacred breath of creation of life; wai is the sacred water that sustains life and a symbol of great abundance; i emphasizes what comes before it. So, a very simplified translation of Hawaii is an abundance of the forces that create and sustain life--within these people and their islands called Hawaii, and Aloha is their way of life.

The word Aloha means much more than words could ever express, and certainly much more than "hello" and "goodbye" or "love." Aloha is a concept that is all encompassing as a way of being in the presence of Spirit. One meaning given to it by Serge Kahili King is "the joyful sharing of life energy in the present." Aloha is used as a greeting and parting because it is also said to mean..."love surrounds us," or "may love be with you," to present an atmosphere of friendly acceptance and blessings

All sorts of diseases, weakness and loss occur to those who have not mastered the power breath. The breath is the umbilical cord between Spirit and us.  It must feed us and we then remain connected.

SUNGAZING IN ANCIENT EGYPT

In various forms, sungazing has been practiced by many ancient cultures, spiritual practices, or healing traditions - including Surya Yoga and qigong; Buddhism and Hinduism; and by Native Americans, Aztecs, Mayans, ancient Egyptians, and pre-Christian Essenes.  Supposedly, adepts at gathering life-force energy can forgo food for long periods through a variety of techniques, including sungazing

Spiritual Breathing makes it clear that the original creative life force energy that built our bodies in the womb is still available to us, to maintain and even rebuild the body

By practicing breathing love, we are more able to keep breathing and maintain a state of love if anything less than love should ever show up in our lives.

Feel the sensations of breath, the movement of breath in you. Be a witness. Observe, notice, pay attention to what is happening inside you each moment, and be aware of the one being aware!

Every thought, feeling, and action registers inside your body and changes your physiology. Stress and irritability are reflected in your posture, breath, and facial expression. You can reduce your stress instantly quite simply by adjusting your breathing, and allowing yourself to smile. You may not believe it, but try it!

Aloha is the breath of God. It is the life force that fuels our every moment. Aloha Sanctuary holistic treatments encompass the spirit of Aloha, allowing Divine love and light to breathe inner peace and peaceful empowerment into each soul. All holistic treatments are a source of spiritual  fulfillment. May the Aloha always have a place of sanctuary in  your heart.

We know how to breathe. It is something that occurs to us automatically, spontaneously, naturally. We are breathing even when we are not aware of it. So it seems foolish to think that one can be told how to breathe. Yet, one’s breathing becomes modified and restricted in various ways, not just momentarily, but habitually. We develop unhealthy habits without being aware of it. We tend to assume positions (slouched positions) that diminish lung capacities and take shortened breaths. Most of us breathe by expanding our chests, using our upper back and neck muscles to raise the rib cage. Our breathing is too shallow and too quick. We are not taking in sufficient oxygen and we are not eliminating sufficient carbon dioxide. As a result, our bodies are oxygen starved, and a toxic build-up occurs. Every cell in the body requires oxygen and our level of vitality is just a product of the health of all the cells. This leads to increased disease. Our resistance to disease is reduced, since oxygen is essential for healthy cells. This means we catch more colds and develop other ailments more easily. Lack of sufficient oxygen to the cells is a major contributing factor in cancer, heart disease and strokes.

Orgone, Ki, Chi, Prana, Mana... or simply the Life Force Energy

The Solar Healing Center is focused on helping humanity to develop a better understanding of how the sun can be used to heal the mind, body and spirit as demonstrated by Hira Ratan Manek, who, as a result of sungazing, has claimed better physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health

Sunlight is truly indispensable to our good health and peace of mind. Many people hide from the sun and deny themselves of the sun's healing powers. They fear the sun's damaging ultra-violet rays. History tells us the human race evolved and thrived under the light and energy of the sun.

Although sungazing will affect you through traditional physiological mechanisms associated with increased sunlight exposure, such as improved vitamin-D production and pineal-gland stimulation, the true benefits accrue by energetic mechanisms that are anything but routine

Take a Deep Breath and Smile

Breathe peace and love, freedom and safety, energy and aliveness, love and light. And watch the world within you and around you change forever
The more air you take in, the more chi (life force energy) you draw into your body.  Your cells love it when you breath deeply and steadily.  They get a boost of both vital energy and oxygen to help remove toxins and regenerate

In China cancer patients are encouraged to practice deep breathing for several hours a day which reportedly resolves their cancer in the majority of cases

All-Is-One

All that exists in the three heavens rests in the control of Prana. As a mother her children, oh Prana, protect us and give us splendor and wisdom

Prana or qi is that life energy which keeps the body alive and healthy. In Greek it is called "pneuma", in Polynesian "mana", and in Hebrew "ruah", which means "breath of life". The healer projects prana or life energy or "the breath of life" to the patient, thereby, healing the patient. It is through this process that this so-called "miraculous healing" is accomplished

Realize you are breathing air and in the air is the Light and All Life on Earth

Ha!

Is this Spiritual Omnipotent Essence, this Great Spirit, we all call God for a lack of a better word.

Aloha
where did this word come from?
What is its real meaning? It has become synonymous with hello, goodbye and love. This, however, is not its true meaning. Unfortunately the Hawaiian language has been distorted over the years.
It is important to understand the proper meaning of Hawaiian words to experience the power of the Aloha Breath technique.  The true meaning of the words holds the keys to higher understanding and direct knowing. For instance, the word kahuna, when broken down, means keeper of the secret. Kahu means honored attendant, guardian, administrator or keeper. The definition of Huna is hidden secret. So kahuna means keeper of the secret.
Lets break down the word aloha. Alo to be with, go with. Ha is to breathe.
So aloha is, to be with breath.
